LEVEL 1
Level 1 of the HYHO Sound Healer Training is a 2-session immersion into the foundations of sound healing. You’ll explore both the ancient wisdom and modern science of sound, while learning hands-on techniques with instruments that awaken the body and calm the nervous system.

By the end of this training, you’ll receive your Level 1 Sound Healer Certification and the confidence to begin sharing sound practices with others.
LEVEL 2
Level 2 is a 4-session training for those who have completed Level 1 or already have foundational sound experience. This is where you’ll learn to design, structure, and confidently guide a full soundbath, weaving instruments, mantra, and energy work into your practice.

You’ll leave with your Level 2 Sound Healer Certification, the ability to offer professional soundbaths, and practical skills to hold space for deep emotional and energetic release.
LEVELS 1 & 2
Those participating in both Levels 1 & 2 will receive a 40-hour certification from SoundRx.
Both levels include: 1-year access to the HYHO Digital Course, invitations to future live virtual trainings, and ongoing access to chat with Avi for questions and support.
