Refund policy

Damage Claims:
If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo to hi@getsoundrx.com within three (3) business days of receiving your package.

If the damage is found to be on our end, we'll send you a replacement at no shipping cost.

For returns or exchanges made for any other reason, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges:
All return, exchange, or missing item requests must be submitted within nine (9) days of receiving your order.

• Returns and exchanges not due to damage will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Claims made after 9 days will be eligible for store credit only.
• Claims made after 14 days, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.
